Eggs from hens raised on a no-corn, no-soy diet can be a bit different nutritionally and for some people, easier to tolerate.

When hens aren’t fed corn and soy (which are high in omega-6 fats), and instead eat things like pasture grasses, insects, flax, or diverse grains:

That’s generally considered better for inflammation and overall health.

Some people report fewer issues (digestive, skin, etc.) with these eggs. Possible reasons:
Trace proteins from soy/corn in conventional feed might affect very sensitive individuals
Cleaner, less processed feed overall
